Senator William P. Frye House is a historic house on 453-461 Main Street in Lewiston, Maine.

William P. Frye served as U.S. Senate Majority Leader and was a trustee of Bates College which is adjacent to his home. His house was built in 1874 and added to the National Historic register in 1976.
